Processing time 5 - 7 business days

Free Shipping only applies to orders that are above $100 USD or $150 CAD. There is a 48 hour processing time on all orders that do not include weekend days. Once the order is shipped, delivery can take 4-31 business days.

Shipping and processing times may be effected by weather, sales, and other world-wide economics.

If the item qualifies for Free Shipping, you will see it noted next to the item. Items will not ship on weekends, any orders set for delivery over a weekend will be delayed and shipped on Monday.

Free Shipping only applies to new purchases and will not be applied to prior purchases or returns. The holidays are a hectic time for us. Orders take longer to process, and couriers are often delayed. Please be patient as we try our best to work on your order promptly.

4-31 business days for Canada, Australia, United Kingdom.

7-31 business days for United States.

For all products please expect an estimated delivery of 30 business days. Placing an order on the weekend will cause a delay. Orders are processed Monday-Friday and begin shipping on that schedule. If we expect delays due to economic issues or disturbances we will notify you via email.
